Gelu Carbon Creation was brought to life in 2013 by Anghel Ivanof. Anghel has more than 20 years of experience in processing composite materials. It all started in the early 1990s with the manufacture and repair of carbon components for e.g. B. speedboats, canoes and surfboards.
After an excursion into aviation technology, which began in 1999, it was time in 2005 to apply the knowledge gained to the production of high-quality bicycle parts. The first prototype of a carbon saddle saw the light of day in 2006.
Thanks to the close collaboration with an orthopaedist, an engineer and some of the best Portuguese athletes, a product has been developed step by step that also meets the needs of the best athletes.
The S series from Gelu Carbon Creation are saddles that allow you to change your seating position easily and in all directions. The central opening has been specially designed to ensure that no pressure is exerted on the prostate region. With this saddle, even the longest day on the bike becomes a pleasure.
Each Gelu Carbon saddle is handcrafted in Portugal. For maximum comfort and safety, all saddles are tested and certified by an orthopedist. So you get off your bike with a smile even after the longest tour. A perfect finish also spoils the eye and leaves nothing to be desired in the finished product. Technical specifications:
