For the Belcarra SL, SYNCROS has carefully examined every aspect of the manufacturing process to find out where additional weight can be saved without compromising on comfort. Through the use of various form technologies, 50 grams could be saved on the shell and rails of the saddle in order to enable ultimate performance with low weight. The Belcarra Regular SL was specially developed for elite athletes in road races and MTB and is perfect for everyone who really counts every gram.

Designed for the majority of riders in an upright position who sit in the middle or at the back of the saddle.

Resin transfer molding
The RTM process enables the precise construction of carbon parts. In this way, uniform structures can be produced more easily than with the traditional carbon molding process. At the beginning of the process, dry fibers are preformed (as opposed to conventional prepreg sheets), then the resin is injected under high pressure and then the entire part is cured.

SL carbon layup
The Syncros Superlight SL series uses high quality carbon fiber and construction techniques to produce components that are on average 10% lighter while still offering the same performance and durability. These race-optimized components represent the absolute top of the portfolio and were specially developed for SCOTT RC bikes. Technical specifications:
