WOLFTOOTH Multi Tool 8-Bit Kit One

The new 8-bit system is a group of multi tools that can be combined with one another. This can solve most problems on the trail. The tools are light, versatile and small enough to fit in a jersey pocket, hippack or backpack. The three tools can be combined with the help of magnets.

Each of the tool inserts can be exchanged and selected for the respective application. The hexagonal bits include a spoke wrench, a valve core wrench, a T10 and T25 Torx compatible bit, a flat blade screwdriver bit, a Phillips # 2 Phillips screwdriver, and Allen 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm bits that go into the lockable ball swivel head, which can also be used as an 8 mm hexagon socket. A magnet in the swivel head holds the bits in place while they’re in use. Also on board is a rasp that can be used to remove valve spindles clogged with tire sealant. If the swivel head is angled, a higher torque can be used to loosen a pedal or a stubborn bolt, for example. If the swivel head is not angled, the tool behaves like a normal screwdriver.

The pliers of the 8-bit Pack Pliers borrow functions from the popular Wolf Tooth Pack Pliers. You can use it as usual to open and close chains with chain locks (SRAM Powerlock, KMC Missing Link, Shimano Quick-Link, not compatible with Connex Links from Wippermann.). In addition, it serves as a tire lever (NOT suitable for carbon rims) and you can easily open valve union nuts, which can sometimes be very tight with tubeless systems. You can also stow a chain lock in the handle of your new tool, which is also held in place by a magnet. The chainring bolt that holds everything together is available in different colors.

The new 8-Bit Tire Lever + Rim Dent Remover Multi Tool has two functions. A slim, ergonomic tire lever made of plastic is contrasted by a milled aluminum dent remover. The tire lever works with all tube and tubeless tires, while the dent remover is compatible with all metal rims (NOT suitable for carbon rims).

WOLFTOOTH 8-Bit Chainbreaker + Utility Knife Multi Tool
This multi tool has a chain tool on one end and a retractable utility knife on the other end. The chain tool is operated with the supplied 3mm hex key, which is also used to screw in the tire plugs. The 3mm hex key has a milled slot for this purpose. The handles of this multi tool can be opened and provide space for additional tire plugs, a valve insert and a spare mini blade.
